Sainsburys do a Char - Grill flavour burger in the buy 2 for £4.50 range.
Really nice ...For the fast food eaters like myself it would better be described as "Burger King flavour" ..
If someone served me one of these at a Bar-B-Q I would be more than happy

Here is a link ..It is the one at the top with no picture ..
    http://www.sainsburys.com/groceries/index.jsp?bmUID=1244892376240

    Thanks.

I bought the Burgers, I got those Birds Eye, Simply beef (or is it Simply Burgers), they seemed really good.
I got the Debbie & Andrew Sausages & the Sainsburys steaks.
I got Chicken drumsticks & thighs, (I didn't get value ones because of the conditions they keep the chickens in:(

I got salads & corn on the cobs & new pots (for a red onion & chive pot salad).

I got french bread & garlic bread (don't like baps & those soft rolls).

I'm making a white chocolate & strawberry cheesecake, I bought a chocolate cheesecake & I'm making a fruit salad (& Kellys cornish clotted cream vanilla for the fruit salad if anyone wants it).

Oh & I bought scotch eggs & sausage rolls because DD wanted them, but I hate them, i think they are horrible things.

    & I'm making a cheese & bacon Quiche.

Don't think I will bother with the pasta & rice side dishes, will just do a Greek & a Caesar salad.

Tesco still have the debbie & andrew's sausages on offer at £2 a pack, they are v good quality and very tasty - the chipolatas are nice too, not too small.

I'm the other side of Surrey, not the London side.
I go to Purley way now & then, can be quick, can be a nightmare, depends on traffic.

Yes, thats where I got mine.

I'm not to sure about them now though after eating them again.

I had tried them before & didn't rate them. Then we had an MSE post about sausages & everyone was raving about them, so thats why I gave them another go.
But I think Surrey Whites are nicer, even if they are a little less pork.

I only go there a few times a year, is it worth joining (does it cost anything?).
I always thought it was for catering??

I'm so glad someone else said this about Debbie and Andrew's sausages. I didn't like them either! Much prefer Porky Whites or other brands.. I also tried them after the sausage thread :rotfl:
