I am trying to find another good podrunner for my ipod when I run/cross trainer-I like the 170+ bpm but my fav one has this bit that winds me up, it has this voice saying over and over 'I'm so confused' and personally, I don't want to hear that when I train! I like to have the music keep me going, not add to my anxiety !!!!!!.
