Can I ask how the HB section know you have savings? Is it a question on the form and do you have to give your bank account details, do they check it to make sure that you have what you say you have? What if you say you have no savings and no accounts but you do have really, do/can they find out?
Never been in this situation, never had savings of anywhere near £6000. Purely curious.0
