That is a blast from the past, doesn't Dennis own it? They shifted all the best writers to PC Pro a long time ago. I guess it was inevitable that PCW would close. A great mag in the 1980s.0

Dennis owns PC Pro.
Both mags have been getting thinner and thinner over the years, and the days where both were (almost) as thick as a telephone directory are long gone. I wrote to one previous editor to suggest that they produced two separate sections each month, one containing only the adverts (so could be chucked away after a couple of months), and one for the reviews, news and other text (which could be kept for at least a year). The editor did not take up the idea!
