bit of advice please

hi wondered if anyone could help
my brother inlaw is disabled and when he was diagnosed he got a letter promising to put him on light duties which never happened anyway last week he got a letter to say he was being made redundant and they had used the matrix system when he went in for the meeting he explained that it was unfair for this system to be used they said they would look into it so today he was given another letter saying
they had not used time off because of absences only time off for illness
but his illness is due to his disability anyway he only got this letter this evening and has to go into a meeting tomorrow so we have written an appeal letter

could anyone suggest what more we need to do
do you think we have a case for discrimination

many thanks in advance
wins so far l'oreal volume mascara ,raw organic liquid soap, family ticket to gullivers world, fun to see room makeover kit :T

There is nowhere near enough information here to be able to advise you whether there appears to be discrimination. The first step will need to be to clarify what their rather incoherent letter actually meant.
