Miley Cyrus O2 tickets - Amex card anyone?

To get pre-sale tickets (for children not me I hasten to add) to see her at the O2 I need:

American Express Preferred Seating
Centurion, Platinum, Gold and British Airways Premium Plus American Express Cardmembers are eligible for ‘Preferred Seating’ tickets. To purchase: in the password box, enter your 24 hour UK Customer Service phone number (11 digits) at the back of your Card.

Could anyone let me have this (I assume it is not a personalised one) - I have an american express but as it is through TSB it's not going through

why's that? i imagine they are asking for your card details? i think if you don't enter them they will assume you are stupid and put you through to a real person
