ema finishing

Hi My son will be 19 in August and is half way through his level 3 public services course. He has been getting ema so far but this will finish due to his age.The adult learner grant wont pay any money as its not his first level 3 course.Any ideas where we can go for financial help? He is doing very well in this course and Id hate to see him 'give up' half way through due to lack of money ,he does already have a part time job,we are unable to help as we are both disabled.Any ideas?

If he has any specific money problems he can ask at the college about the Learner Support Fund but it won't help just for extra spending money.

Do you realise that you'll carry on getting Child Benefit and Child Tax Credit for him up to his 20th birthday, so with a part time job you should all be able to manage quite well.
