Who do I tell ...?

Hi

I just bought a Fisher-Price Jumperoo (baby's toy) from Tesco Direct. It is fine except one of the toys on it doesn't stand upright, it just flops. I assume that the part was manufactured using the wrong plastic or is missing a spring.

Anyway, it's not a huge problem but it seems a shame when we payed almost £90 for this thing not to have it completely working (I also want to sell it on when we are finished so would like it to at least be fully functioning at the beginning!) The only problem is my husband put all the packaging out for recycling yesterday (it was collected this morning). Now this part is only a very small part and would fit in an A5 envelope. Does it matter that we don't have the packaging still and who do I 'complain' to - Tesco or Fisher Price direct?

Many thanks in advance.

Is it the butterfly/bee thing that flops?...If it is then its supposed to.

If you google 'jumperoo rainforest' and click on images then you see its floppy. I had one and initially thought it was a faulty part.

    Hope that helps

Ooo, thanks, I will have a look. The picture on the box has it bolt upright! How strange ...
