That thing from Burgesses is simply repeating the same thing yet with a twist. It uses complaint data from the FOS yet most people will go to the FOS even if they have an offer because they cannot trust their bank to get the right figure. Furthermore, the selling the thing together is from around 2005ish at best because that practice has largely disappeared. Two lenders are challneging the ruling and many others have simply walked away from PPI altogether. Furthermore, it adds nothing new to the table.
It's a nice find but it is more an advert for a CMC0
