First Plus - Bespoke Finance

No where in this information does the name Bespoke appear on any form or screen dump.

In fact on one screen dump called Application Enquiry - Loan Details. it lists "Insurance Premium £4898.00" then next to it "No Plan Assigned".

Does this mean we paid for insurance and they didn't do any thing with it??

Can I go straight to FOS as I feel that any further correspondance with FP will be met with more fobbing off.

Any advice greatly received.

Now why does that not surprise me???!!!

I would now put the complaint to the FOS against FIrstplus and see if they will accept it and say you have no knowledge of Bespoke ever being involved in this (get Firstplus to prove Bespokes involvement and not just their word - you need them to prove this with SOLID evidence). It seems everyone that gets told Bespoke sold these polices has never heard of them and something needs doing.

Please can I ask that you write to the OFT and FSA about this also. It may help others in the same boat. It needs to stop.
