Praise Aldi/Tevion Returns Policy!

We bought an HDMI DVD player from Aldi back in October 06 & it has served faithfully for all this time. Recently decided it had enough & went on to electronic heaven.
Dug out the box & the receipt, called the helpline & as they no longer make this model I get a 100% refund within two weeks :T Just have to email a copy of my original receipt & they will issue a cheque. Plus Aldi will send out a courier to pick up the failed unit!
Now that's customer service, Aldi & Tevion have both gone up in my estimations & will definitely be choosing another Tevion DVD player

Update:
UPS came for the box on Friday 12th & we had our cheque by the end of June Customer service lives on, now if only Npower, Tesco et all could be as good....
