Parking Contravention Charge Notice Appeal!!!

Hi all,
I'm new to this site and was wondering if anyone could advise me on my situation. I work in a health club which supplies me with season tickets to the NCP car park above the health club. I parked in the car park around 11am on the 6th floor and went to work. At around 8-8:30pm I moved my car down to the first floor as the car park is pretty empty and parked in one of the spaces (family) with the picture of adult and child on. When i arrived back to the car park I found a Parking Contravention Charge Notice on my window which was placed at 22:23pm which doesn't make much sense to me. What should I do to avoid wasting £50 for this ticket. The car park was empty so there's no reason to put the ticket on especially at that time!!! The ticket says;
top of the ticket;
NOTICE OF BREACH OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARKING AT A CAR PARK OWNED OR MANAGED BY NATIONAL CAR PARKS LIMITED
then the information
PCCN number, date of issue and offence, registration
Violation is under 1 - Parked in a restricted area in a car park
then there information on cost before 14 days (£50) and within 28days (£100).
any help would be great
thanks
James

Also, how do I post my scanned images of the ticket?0

1)Working on the assumption that this is a private invoice and not a council fine then you have to do NOTHING. Don't appeal, contact or respond to them and eventually they go away. Others will reply later with much the same advice.
2)Check the stickies under the heading of "how to post images"I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -

Ignore it, and any other communication arising from it. This sounds like the private side of NCP in rip-off mode.0

Ive post an image on page 2 on this site
consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/parking-traffic-offences/203941-parking-contravention-charge-notice.html#post2220891
cant post the link so just add the www.0 -
How come they can get away with it, can't I report it to the police as its happened to loads of my friends whom I work with?0
-
Yes however you need to consider that it may make things difficult with your employer if NCP trace the pass/your car back to them and make a fuss.
You shouldnt have parked there. Would you like it if I decided to park on your front garden because it was overgrown and thus not being used??0 -
Its got nothing to do with the employer whatsoever. The fact that the employer provides a season ticket is totally irrelevant. Clearly, it is beyond the terms of the season ticket (and therefore the employer's concern) or else the notice wouldn't have been applied in the first place!!!!
The OP has asked what his/her rights are in respect of the notice - not a lecture from you.0 -
It must a quiet day at the PPC where LinasPilibaitisisbatman works.
Just ignore NCP as is your right. it is not an invoice and it is not a bill..
This has to be a PPC scam 'ticket' with the wording as described.0 -
I'll ignore it. I even checked around for a sign saying that if anyone should park there who are not a family (don't know how they work out if you are or not????) that you'll face a PCN.
So did you all check the picture of my ticket to make sure it is a scam PCN?
thanks for the help
