Using less ink when printing

Just a tip when you are printing things for your own personal use, you can set your printer to "draft" mode. This uses less ink and prints out quicker than the standard setting.
I'm not very technical so there could be more than one way or easier ways but to do it I went to
Start/settings/printers/click on your printer icon
this brings up a new box
go to printer/properties/main
the first row of boxes then give you the option of draft/text/ text & image etc.
Just choose the draft option/apply/ok
Thats it.

I know someone mentioned this before but anyway theres a good little prog called Inksaver that reduces the amount of ink needed without too much reduction in quality.I can use it at a 30% reduction for most things without seeing a detriment in printing.

Could a copy of this post be put back in the money saving old style forum where it was posted originally. I am afraid it will get lost in here as a lot of people in the old style forum are trying to cut costs?“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0
