Yes, I think you are right. I spoke to customer services as I placed an order last night and printed off confirmation but did not receive a confirmation email ( I never do when I buy from Next online). They confirmed on the telephone today that the order did go through and had sent apology email to everyone on list.0 -
Forgive me for the obvious question, but I am a next sale virgin :eek:
If I order things in the sale can I return them if they are not the right size? Have seen some lovely things but have an oddly-shaped body :rolleyes: and often clothes don't seem to hang right once I actually try them on.

if returning items that arent all on the same delivery note, then i would say return to shop if possible
Next Couriers only give one confirmation number per collection, which is stuck to only one of your delivery notes. if any returned items on other delivery notes go missing, you have no way of proving what was returned
Know of too many people, myself included, who have fallen foul of this, and i now only return items to the shop, so i know everything has been credited back correctly (usually do a quick tally before going to store, so i know if the sales assistant messes up too)

Have just used my VIP slot and ordered loads of stuff as I am away this weekend and can't make the sale, boo hooo0

my wife was on three and a half hours last night, ordering all of the kids stuff for next year, hour and a half couldnt get past the checkout page gave up in the end got the email everyone got and just called them, less than a third of the items she had originally had still left.
good news was she could get them delivered to a store which wasnt an option last night.0 -
My courier just bought my first 2 bags. I ordered in the 6-7 slot on wed pm0
