Next sale?

Haven't seen any NEXT clothing in a NEXT Sale yet! They always seem to buy in cheap stuff from the far east.

I have sent Next 2 emails complaining about how I was told by 2 staff members I had a slot, then the following morning I was told I wasnt allocated one.
They havent even bothered to answer me and I am really disappointed with the customer service I have received.

In my past experience, Next have always taken at least 5 days to answer my Emails, no matter what it was regarding!

Strangely enough a few of the televisions and other items have gone already! makes my list shorter tho

I work at Next and I have been down marking for a week in the stock room - maybe that gets sent to the Far East! lol

All the stuff except some of the best sellers go in the sales.

Me too!!!! I sent emails to the complaints dept and got answers within 24 hrs but they would not budge with a slot.

I spoke to a supervisor and live chat and they were very unhelpful. I did explain it was not my fault, but they would not budge.
i was even told all customers would be able to buy soon and i would get an email soon. I said thats brilliant when is that - she said Saturday at 8am !!!
