I guess I'm not the only one going through the listings again this morning, seems to be lots of stuff added. I'm thinking of treating myself to a watch, I fancy one with crystals. Does anyone know what the quality is like? I don't want to get one & then all the stones fall out.

No 'fraid not, it seems to be luck of the draw who gets a slot. I've just read on HDUK that slots are still available from Thursday dinner so I presume that means Friday isn't booked either. Maybe they'll release more slots later today?

Hit and miss Im afraid, I bought a cheap £25 watch a year or so ago with glass diamond things in not one fell out, Ive noe got a Storm one (from last next sale!) so its worth abot £110 new and also none fell out, my friend paid nearly £300 for one and they have fallen out 3 times now and its keeps being returnd for repair so goes to show just cause you spend alot does not make it a better product!!

Im sooo busy this afternoon I dont think im gonna get chance to go through the listings properly ggrrrr

I have received an email as aVIP from next to view the sale items from tonight (wednesday). Have been to Next store this morning and on the opening hours on the door it did say that they are open from 5am on Saturday. Remember to set your alarms!!

Hi all.

No VIP online for me this year, but not too worried, I've done far better in the retail park Next stores the last few sales, onine ordering is just too frustrating when things end up out of stock whilst you're still adding to your basket.
I was returning a couple of gift baby outfits at full price today before the sale starts, can then buy twice as many back!
I've found if you go to a retail park store at a quite civilised 10 or 11am on sale day, that the staff are just about refreshing all of the rails with armfuls more clothes from the store rooms, full size ranges and selection etc. It's way better than the 5am scrum!!
They need to wait until mid-morning for the frantic crowds to clear the rails to put out all fresh stock.
I asked the store today whether that was the case this time too and she agreed they have mountains of stock to keep the floor replenished on Saturday.

Only thing is, without VIP slot I can't access the sale listings - I would appreciate it if anyone with a slot could post the listings link, so I can go through my catalogue and make a shopping list for the store - pretty please?!?!?
