I can't seem to access the listings. Is anyone else having problems accessing it or is it just me. I hope they haven't cancelled my slot or anything.

have you logged into your account, as to be able to view the listings you have to do that

Hi, yes I have logged in and there are the tabs for VIP Sale and VIP listings but when I click on them they just take me back to my account summary page or give the message I quoted above.

I'm probably being a bit dim but a friend has got VIP access and has offered to get some stuff for me. How do I know what's in the sale as I think the clothes online at the moment are new season.

you will have to go through the catalogue and give her a list of the item numbers - she can then check online for you to see what is in the sale. or if its not too many, post here what you want, and someone will do a check

Have tried clearing cookies and rest of my internet browsing history etc. Still can't log in so I've tried to fill in the online email form. It won't let me do that either. I'm really hoping that I'm still going to be able to use my slot on Wednesday. Hopefully it is because the site is so busy. Think I'll give them a ring tomorrow, if I still can't get on.

I don't get it. I've just kept refreshing and refreshing and it's finally let me in! Must be due to volume of users on the site at the moment. Hope it's not a sign of things to come on Wednesday!

my mil has a next directory but never registered online as she dose not have the internet,what is the chance of her getting a vip if she registers tomoz?

My sister hadnt registered with them online but she put her details in and she had a vip slot! this was last winter sale
