    I have just phoned Next and they could not tell me if I have a slot or not, how frustrating! anyone else still hearing this late on??

    I was told I had been choosen for a VIP slot but I still havn't received an email or anything on my account so I have just been onto Next live chat and after the assistant checked that I was listed to receive a slot she automatically sent me an email with a time slot booked. Hope this helps

    Sign into your account and then at the bottom right hand side of the page it says contact us, click on this and a new page opens on the top right hand of this it will give you the choose of telephone email of chat.

    do u think i should go on live chat again and moan even though i was told no twice already. Im so angry Drew stupid person told me i had a slot yesterday !

    Got a slot for 10-10.30pm on Wednesday - would have liked an earlier one but really lucky to get this time, dont usually got an invite to vip sale :j
    I havent received an email just logged into my account and it was there.
