    I wouldn't pay much heed to the customer service tbh, no-one has got one a slot here which is very unlikely also in the past we have found that some of the agents try and fob us off with duff info. We usually get told a day or two before the VIP slots start so tomorrow does sound feasible.

    That's probably for December 2010 lol..........knowing how customer services fobbed everyone off at the last sale it wouldn't suprise me :D

    I usually get a VIP slot at not heard a thing yet either.

    Also, don't wait for the email just keep logging into your next account throughout the day.... I usually get the email about 10-12 hours AFTER I have already booked my slot via my next account page!!!
