Anyone in need of a builder!

As i have posted before we are currently doing a major house renovation at the moment and i have been doing everything i can to keep the costs down ect as we have a very small budget for a very large extension!
I found it very very difficult to find the right builder and i was just wanting to pass on my very positive experience for anyone else needing a very good builder and joiner but working on a budget that cant run over!
I have seen many posts looking for recommendations for builders and so i would like to pass on my builder as he has been too fantastic for words...he has put up a double story side and rear extension in 5 weeks...we are stunned and so so happy with his work!
so i know we cant put up details here but i feel a personal recommendation is so helpful to people perhaps needing something done and abit daunted by builders....i know i was!

oops yes it would be lol,he is from newtownards so i guess covers a reasonable distance from there!
I forgot to mention his timekeeping...none of this pop in for an hour at 10am then and early lunch,lol,he is at our house bang on 7:45am everyday and works constantly until 4:30!i think thats why he is so quick at getting the building done...he never stops!

thanks to all who have pm'd me already,im glad to help anyone get a good honnest builder......it seems there are more bad stories than good out there!

I had a similar extention to yours done about 10 years ago. The builder estimated 4 - 6 weeks for completion. 16 weeks later he was still there and I was puliing my hair out. I would have paid him to go away in the end so it's good to know there are some good ones out there.
Don't need a builder at the moment but if I know of anyone else who needs one I'll pm you.
