WTC & non-dependent deductions

I live with my mum who is on PCGC & claims full HB & CTB. When I moved in I had to send off payslips so they could assess how much I would have to contribute to rent & CT.
Since then I have made a claim for WTC. I am entitled to approx £20 a week. Is this taken into account as income when assessing non-dep deductions as I am not sure if I need to send off my TC award notice?
Thanks

I do know that if your mother claimed WTC then that would be taken into account, so i would assume the WTC you bring in would also be included.0
