Hello all, I've been missing for a few weeks as I'm now home and being taken care of by my parents so have had lots of meals out - yay! However, it is showing on the scales, so I am going to do cooking this week and make up some nice, healthy versions of everything.
Monday - Hunter's chicken (chicken, bbq sauce & cheese) with vegetables
Tuesday - baked potato with cesar salad
Wednesday - vegetable risotto
Thursday - chilli con carne (packed full of veg and pulses) with rice
Friday - chicken in onion sauce with pasta
Saturday - Probably a cheeky takeaway tbh!
Sunday - Roast beef, yorkshire puddings and vegetables
Snacks: fruit, crisps, maybe make up a batch of chocolate cupcakes if my parents are really lucky0 -
Really late with this, but have been waiting for DH to make up his mind when he would be off cycling for a few days - he ended up leaving yesterday. Now the plan is:
Monday - spaghetti with olive oil, chilli, garlic - greek salad
Tuesday - bigos (sauerkraut dish) from freezer
Wed - scallop soup with crusty bread
Thur - potato gratin and spicy carrot salad
Fri - camper van weekend: cesar salad w. marinated anchovies
Sat - barbecue, macaroni salad
Sun - depends on what time we're back home - could be tortellini soup again or beans on toast.
