I assume you are the claimant?
1) The claimant’s letter stands as an application for leave to life the star.
Your letter to apply to lift the stay has been granted, although the defendant can apply within 14 days to have the stay remain.
2) No fee payable
Self explanatory
3) Transfer to the Claimants home County Court
The claim has been transferred to your local County Court
1. The filing of an allocation questionnaire be dispensed with this case unless the District Judge at the court of transfer orders otherwise
You don't have to file an AQ unless ordered by your local court
