Thanks everyone so much - I'm soooooo excited - especially as it's like being handed my dream bike and told 'here you go, ride that'!!! Ok so it's not the fat boy I'm sat on at the NEC (pic on blog) but it's a lovely bike and I can't wait!

Re the media I've got this interview tomorrow and also something with a local magazine too. Hopefully the radio thing and also now the bike loan will make the story more interesting to other media organisations too. I work in marketing and used to work for a local paper so am doing everything I can to get interest, but sometimes what works best is for one place to run the story... then they all want it - hopefully that'll work for me this time!

Re the insurance I've tried loads of the big companies today. So far I've had three no's (one of those is sponsoring us though - fab!) and one maybe. Got a call in with someone who the Harley dealer had already primed so hopefully that one will come good. Here's hoping!

Thanks so much for the donations too guys, you are fantastic!

The other day I wrote to tombo, telling him it was bad form to bump posts, seemed to work for a day. Anyone else fancy a go :)

I've tried but as you can i'm just grabbing the limelight:rolleyes:

What i dont understand is he says he doesn't look at the dates of the posts so doesn't know that he's bumping old threads for NO REASON but then how did he find that thread i commented on that was 9 months old without going back pages or searching for it thus knowing it was 9 months old:confused:

I'm in such a picky mood tonight.
    Picky as in eating picky.
I went to Asda earlier, and bought loads of goodies.
Currently on nachos with my new favourite dips, Thai dip and chilli cheese dip. Yum, yum.
Sorry to all those on diets.
I will shuffle away quietly now.

Hey, I'm not sure if this is possible but could you get an annual policy, pay monthly then cancel it when you no longer have a need for it? :A Or is that my mind being shifty & sneaky
Sad because you don't know what to do? Comping question? Take a look in the Comping Guide to find out

There shouldn't be any doubt Tombo, it's not as if it's an addiction to post, it's easier not too surely?

Oh more questions sorry missed these ones when I replied above...

How? Well, I emailed the dealer on Sunday on the off chance they might lend me a bike (don't ask don't get and all that). After a bit of emailing today they phoned to say yea they can do it but I need to get insurance as their demo insurance only covers people for 24 hours. So very kind I can't believe it!

Yea it's me sat on the Harley Fat Boy at the show (thanks for the complement pms). That bike is over £13k on the road - the one I'm borrowing is £7k so not anywhere near as much chrome or quite as big tyres!

The radio interview is in the morning... sometime after 9.45am on BBC Radio Lincolnshire. I just hope I don't embarrass myself!!
