Sent first stage letter to HFC on 27 May 2009, wasn't sure of PPI paid over the period of Personal Loan Plus account. Letter rec'd from HFC dated 8 June 2009 stating that they were prepared, without admission to liablity to refund the full PPI premuims paid. They refunded the PPI premiums, APR interest and 8% credit on each PPI payment made. A whopping £5068.95, this has more or less wipeout the loan account. Thanks Martin, you're the best.
