I've just received the Martin's Money Tips email and was pleased to read the section about "Buy abroad or from non-UK website, using a credit card, and you're now protected!!" article.
This is great news for us using on-line shopping using our credit cards!!
I was wondering to myself what the situation was for those people with "top-up" credit cards?
Does this apply to them also?
