Terms and conditions:

1. The closing date for competition entry is Sunday, 14th June 2009.
2. The prize consists of 2 tickets to see Madonna live at the O2, London on Saturday 4th July 2009, return flights to London for 2 with Aer Lingus, departing Friday 3rd July and returning Sunday 5th July and 2 nights? accommodation in The Marylebone Hotel.
3. The winner must be available to travel on these dates.
4. Winner may choose to fly from Dublin, Shannon, Cork or Belfast International Airport to London Heathrow. Flights are subject to schedule and availability.
5. The winner will be notified by email or telephone.
6. All entrants must be 18 years or over.
7. Only one entry is allowed per unique email address. Multiple entries will not be accepted.
8. Incomplete, illegible or late entries will not be accepted. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost or delayed in the course of transmission.
9. Employees of Ireland.com and their families, and any third party included in this promotion are not eligible to enter this competition.
10. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other equivalent.
11. Ireland.com reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of an equivalent or greater value to that specified, should any part of the prize become unavailable.
12. The winning entry will be selected in a random draw. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence or communication will be entered into.
13. Winners must agree to participate in any promotional activities that may be organised by Ireland.com in connection with the competition.
