Citibank Cashback - does it exist?

Having taken the card about a year ago to take advantage of a 0% interest balance transfer I decided to cancel the card. When asked why on the phone I explained that I had a good cashback account.
After being transferred I was told that they would upgrade me to a 1% cashback scheme. I asked then & have done so several times since for some literature explaining the scheme. This has not arrived & there is no record of cashback on my latest statement. They suggested that I look on their website, but there is no mention of cashback
Does anyone have any similar experience, or know if they actually have such a scheme.
Thanks

I have been taking advantage of Citibanks 1% cashback scheme for the last 12 months. My statement, that arrived today, gives me a cashback total for the year, but on their website my rewards section has now disappeared. I understand Citibank no longer support cashback but I don'k know if this is for selected customers or everybody.
I'm not too surprised that they have pulled the cashback deal, but I'll be voting with my feet just as soon as I've got hold of my cash
