Our son has donated to us his old ipod.
This works well as a hand held device.
However, when we plug it into our new Kia car, it won't play the playlist we have selected it just randomly plays what it wants to. We have tried all the buttons and knobs and it doesn't make any difference.
Any suggestions?

Obvious question but is there a manual for the car stereo and is the ipod compatable as there are different generations of ipod0

Yes it does say compatable with certain types but so maybe our isn't we don't really know what type ours is.0
