Person Specification on Application forms

Hi, I'm filling out an app for a role in the charity sector and would like a little bit of help please with the person specification.
I know that with the job role/person specification you should use the STAR technique, Situation, Tasks, Action, Result and for most of the specs for this job I can do that, but there are a couple that I'm not sure how to answer.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience of working in an ofice environment providing secretaral/administrative support.
and a few others along those lines.
Now, I have the experience as I've been working as a PA for the last 5 years, and other admin roles before that, but I'm trying to avoid using one sentence answers such as 'I have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft ofice as i had to use various Microoft programmes daily wihtin my last role to produce reports and presentations'.
Please please help, how can I use the STAR technique for this kind of specification, or what is the best way to address them?
Thanks for any help.
