:money:Its taken me months, several emails and dealings with abrupt staff who should know better. I have managed to recover my ppi from 2003 from them, by calling their bluff.

They say their staff are trained etc and that sold fine, so I asked them to prove it they couldnt so I went to the ICO. Guess what they paid out....thing is keep on at them and keep the heat hot.

Can i ask which letters you used? I have been trying for months to get any kind of refund/sense with no joy!
