I would like to make a soft baguette tonight but cannot find a recipe that i like, do any of you have a tried and tested recipe you would like to share with me please?? :)

    Hi there

    I have copied over a post I made a while ago after trying to make baguettes...Might not be any use tonight as they take a while -but when you get time they are gorgeous...and the dough makes the best pizza base we have ever tried ;)

    oh and I have found that 600g bread flour and 200g plain flour is closer to what you need for the amount of liquid..could be a little more or less depending on the flour .....
