General election please

this is a copy of a e-mail sent by myself to number 10 via the contact number 10 web site https://email.number10.gov.uk/Contact.aspx

Dear Sir
You Mr Brown are a Coward. You and the rest of your party that I have always supported have now lost my vote. You have lied to us so many times, Why win the last election saying we would get a referendum on Europe but you think you know best.
You think we should trust you with our data but you have a poor record on this in the past look at the child benefit, militry and prison officer data lost by your departments plus oh so many more.
You think that people who have lied and conned the public out of money via their expence claims deserve to keep their jobs for another year, GET REAL.
You are just running scared as you know we the public are sick of you and ALL the MP's across all parties who decieved us and who deny they have done wrong in their claims.
You and your inaction are doing nothing to return confidance in the political process, we should be given a vote to put in people who are better in tune with the public, Give us our right and give us a general election NOW.
Only through Christ can we find freedom

Why oh why oh why bother sending an email when you can't even be bothered to check the spelling or punctuation. Even the scam emails from Nigeria are better presented than that...

One wonders why the MP's sit in their ivory towers having a laugh at Jo Public when they receive emails like this! :rotfl:
    Gone ... or have I?

I don't want a general election at the moment - and I can't think of any party/politician who is in tune with anyone but themselves.

No, let them go on their break, and let's all have some peace from electioneering and pontificating politicans droning on as to why and how they will do a better job, (yeah, alright lol) and how they are really sorry for scamming us with expenses, and that it was all a mistake.

I'm sick of the lot of them.

    Lin ;)
You can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset. ;)

I take it thats a no then?
Much as I dislike Mr Brown and his cronies I think that we should get this recession out of the way first and then set about removing them. In the mean time they should sort out the expensies fiasco and then make all MP's staff part of the parliament/civil service (stop family jumping on the gravy train).
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

Blakespops, you don't need to make any excuses for your spelling or punctuation and the comment about your email being similar to a Nigerian scam is particularly nasty and sarcastic. As a voter, you are perfectly entitled to voice your opinion to those who are supposed to represent your interests in government. Similarly you are perfectly entitled to vent on this forum because you feel you have something to vent about.

To all the posters who have been nasty to Blakespops, please read back over your comments to him/her and you will find some particular uncomfortable reading. I presume that none of you have ever made a spelling mistake in your life? Perhaps you should all go and read that little box to the right of the screen marked Forum Etiquette?

Anyway OP, as for a general election, I would like to see this government kicked out but I think we need to sort out the problems within the parties first and quickly.

Yeah, I've made loads of spelling mistakes, however, if I was sending an important email, which I felt very passionate about, I would make damn sure that it was perfect, using spell checker, dictionary and maybe even ask someone else to proof read it before it was sent. I haven't got a problem with the message the OP is trying to get across, but to be taken seriously you need to be clear, concise and ensure the message you are trying to get across isn't diluted in any way. Medication or no medication.
