I had this kind of problem about 20 months ago when they changed the old system to the new one. I ended up going to the inland revenue for an emergency payment. my friend had to do the same as well.I know by the time you read this your problem surely will be sorted, but to any-one else waiting in urgency, go to the Inland revenue for an emergency payment.
