Not a bad price, especially as it includes a nice big monitor.
It's not going to run Crysis, but for general browsing, email, iTunes, light photo editing etc, it'll do just fine. I think the Power Mac G4 can handle 2 GB of RAM, so be sure to budget for adding some extra.
Maybe offer £120 and see what happens.0
