You've never gone through paypal at all and I think this was all covered when you started up selling again last year.

If you are still in time open an NPB in ebay.

None of us can tell you for sure what will happen now.. after all we're only human and all that. What happens next and whether or not you get your payment are up to eBay and your buyer.

As far as I know, non-payment disputes have never been through Paypal, so not sure what you mean. Are you perhaps thinking of previous disputes with sellers for items not received etc?

The not paying bidder dispute has absolutely nothing to do with paypal and never has. No one can force your buyer to pay all you can do is the NPB as has been suggested and give them a strike if they don't then pay after 8 days.

Personally I would wait until the dispute has closed before relisting the jeans in case buyer does pay. Also assuming you paid a listing fee if you wait for the dispute to close and relist from the original auciton you get a relist credit.
