How much do you think you are owed? you require at most possible 3 stamps(first class or second class---your choice) plus one cheque/postal order payable to "capital one" and one envelope and a few pieces of paper. This feels like ingredients so add a twist of OFT842 paragraph 1.14 and a good kicking, and you get one nicely baked claim and money to spend on yourself, probably in the form of a cheque. Mmmmmm, can you smell the taste of that lovely cheque? :)

hi thank you for that lovely recipie, money cake ,sounds great, .

do you think natwest will like the cake too? again have no details, but did have a card and charges back in i think 2005/2006????

i dont know how much my charges come to, on any off my old cards, but i know i had them, i used to pay the bill then spend the rest, so if i paid a bill off £100 in one month, reached the limit, then i would have £100 left, (so i thought). NO, (that went on interest).

  • Used the letter they posted and got my £30 back in unfair bank charges, it has made my day. Only sent the letter last week and they are crediting my account this week. I am one happy bunny!!!! Thanx Martin Lewis!
