Yes Loans refund help required

Hi i have had the same problems with more financial limited as they took £69.50 from my account even when i said no on the phone.

Can i get a refund and does anyone know the correct address ?

I hope better luck than me they may promise 2 give money back 30days after writing to them but lucky 2 get it hope better sucess than me. To snowwhite i no scammer i been bit state about money besides they not one giving loans out anyway & difficult 2 remember everything on phone plus never missed payment or lied or any wriiten ap[plication 4 anything i still say yes loans is one company above all 2 stay away from
