I wrote to MBNA over a month ago asking for a list of my charges and so far i have received no response. I have written a couple of letters and they have not even had the decency to respond. Where do i go from here????:mad:

They have 40 days to comply with a SAR request. I did call them and got fobbed off. They first said they would look into it then they said they hadn't received any letter from me even though i sent the second letter by recorded delivery.0 -
where did you send it to?No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.

Strange - though not the (exact) correct address, it should have got there. Assuming it was the Customer Services you rang, they may well not know what to look for. (most of them are idiots and unfortunately, my colleagues :rolleyes:)
Try ringing the Customer Advocates office on 0800 085 1409 - thats the dept that deal with these letters. If they havnt recieved it, ask them for their email address to resend it.No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.
