Hi,
We have just had our offer accepted on a house. One of the things that we are considering doing is to extend the utility room into the integral garage. Effectively just moving the wall (and whatever utilities are attached to it) back six feet or so.
As we are not in the house we can not get any proper quotes but I would like to factor it into the finances when I go to the bank to finalise the mortgage that I need.
Would anyone be kind enough to give me a ball park figure?
Thanks in advance.

if you mean the two rooms are already connected, then just making a large opening, and building a wall up, should cost about 2k max.Get some gorm.0
