Unplunned Overdraft Increase
Comments
-
Just checked my bank account and my bank have increased my overdraft with authoursiation, are they allowed to do this.
If you have authorized them to increase it, like you say you have, then yes they will do what you ask, providing you meet their criteria, so why would you be alarmed that they have acted on your instructions., unless of course, you meant to say you hadn't authorized them to increase it, but then again, the answer would still be yes, if you meet their criteria they will increase and can increase it, I wouldn't get too cosy with it though, remember, overdrafts can easily be removed as fast as they are applied, remembering it's not your money and living in your means, will stand you in good stead, and at least you know it's there for emergencies.0
