I parked at a Peterborough City Council car park tonight, the single machine was not working as other users also found. We were all fined and so will of course challenge it. Thanks for the info.
Is it still the case that on street if a machine is out of order the parking place cannot be used- is this the same off street?0 -
Of course, the "Machine wouldnt work" is tried on by many, so they have to be quite tough on this, otherwise everyone would just put that on their W/S0
