2002 citroen berlingo van - suitable parts

i hope someone can help
we have a 2002 1.9 diesel berlingo van. we need a new seat belt (which we have hopefully found on ebay for £30). we also need the air filter housing. we have the actual air filter and we just need the housing so it will pass the mot next month.
does anyone know if the air filter housing from a 1999 van would fit our van?
i have tried nearly every salvage yard in northern ireland but none of them seem to have the parts we need!
all responses greatly appreciated!
