Lexus I agree. I am not feeling the love from Boots and I really do think it has something to do with the fact that 3 products they sent me had that vile smell and I complained about it on all 3 forms.I have also had to tell them that I couldnt complete a trial cos the body lotion was in a rigid bottle and I just couldnt dispense any. That was ages ago so dont think it had anything to do with being sent things.

I might not get a few myself cos I am meant to be trialling the fly spray body butter and even tho I am not doing it and never even started it I take it I am marked as currently doing a body item.
