We trial 65 samples of each new product to capture in use information from consumers. Currently the samples are issued on a first come, first served basis. Initially you will see an 'in progress' or 'completed' message against your request however this only means you have been added to the waiting list and not that you are guaranteed to get a sample. All products are issued within 1 week of a request launched therefore if you have not received a sample after 2 weeks you have unfortunately not been allocated one of the 65 samples.

hopefully I should start getting stuff now!

I'm really not sure about the first come first served thingy.. I know that's what they always say but I have registered for more than 20 trials over the past few weeks - many of them, the moment they have appeared on the Boots page... think I have had two trials arrive through my door.. and one of those was a mens hair putty I didn't sign up for!

Snap raven-333 got shave gel for normal skin yesterday and shave gel for sensitive skin today. Got all excited only to find more shaving gel for hubby.

Yeah me too. I got the shave gel yesterday and the sensitive one with the razor this morning. At least it give my hubby an excuse to shave more often lol.
