Got a roll on eye gel in the post this morning

I had the eye roll on arrive too: has anyone figured out how to use it yet?!
It looks fairly easy, you roll ir rolls on liquid, only nothing comes out! I have tried taking it apart and found that basicly, you have to push VERY hard to get anything to come out at all (and even then nothing still worked). I am no way going to give myself black eyes doing that so cannot use this!
Has anyone else worked out how to use this ? am I getting it wrong here?0 -

I had similar problems! Pushed down hard and then way too much product came out! It seems to be coming out in a steady stream ever since though! My problem is with the plastic surrounding the roller - it's so scratchy!!I had the eye roll on arrive too: has anyone figured out how to use it yet?!

mens eyye roll on doesnt dispense product if thats the one ppl are mentioning here. I had it and sent my form back saying cant trial it wont come out.. lol
had a shake the bottle eye makeup remover arrive today not listed not asked for. and it doesnt do the job
