Just had a bone dry mens eye gel arrive - cant test it if it doesnt come out/is empty.

The same happened to me Reverbe, only with the last black eyeliner.....there was nothing in the tube!!! I phoned them , and they said they'd re-send me the sample, but when it hadn't arrived a couple of days later, I phoned back and was told that all the samples had gone, so they would de-allocate me from that trail!!!

TBH Skymist there does seem to be some in there but it wont come out with the rollerball no matter what you do. I dunno if we are also meant to be testing the packaging but I cant get any product out either

My eyeliner tube was empty...the brush is new and clean.....and even an orange stick came out clean!!!

I'd ring them up and tell them, if I was you....'cos how can you be expected to give an opinion on something if you can't get at it? LOL

Received a body lotion on Saturday, and a night cream yesterday. I didn't request either (drowning in body lotions :eek: & on an 8 week trial for the night gel). I'll just do the night cream after the current one, or give it to my sister.

I just had a letter re:facial night gel. Apparently they only need me to test it for 4 weeks and not 8. Phew. I was wondering when I'd get to test the other night cream they sent me!!
