Early post today . Just got the face serum and face cream .
I got this this morning too, lovely, as I really like serums, but....
usually they say to apply serums and then when dry, apply your moisturiser. This one says to use the other way around, apply the moisturiser and then the serum on top, which I find very strange. Which way round is everyone using it?Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0 -

I've never used a serum before so didn't know it was normally the other way around, I guess I'll just follow the instructions ... unless any one else knows different, I like the look of the bottle pump product, almost pearlised, nice0 -
Very strange, it's always serum followed by moisturiser, never the other way around, so I will continue doing it the proper way.Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0

I also found it odd. I didn't read the instructions the first time and used the serum first. Last night I tried it the other way. The serum seems to make my skin very tight but the face cream is nice.0

I decided to ring the evaluation suite this morning and they are definite that it is face cream first, let it dry, (weird) then serum on top. I did it the other way around last night and my face felt sticky afterwards which is why I called this morning to double check. I've still got some of the facial moisturiser left so I used that again this morning and will start the regime properly tonight.0 -
Very strange isn't it, you usually use serum first as that helps the moisturiser to sink in better. I will try it that way around then, but that's a first!Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0

I've just received mine this morning. Thanks for getting in touch with the evaluation suite. Will try it tonight.
I also think it's a bit weird that you have to wait for face cream to 'dry'.:grouphug: A smile, a 'please' and a 'thank you' cost nothing0 -
