Hi folks!
I've just got my username and password for the Boots volunteer website.
Have completed the personal profile and can now see a long list of trials.
My question is, what does the start and end date for each trial refer to - the duration of the trial, or the period during which you can register for it?
I'm a little confused as I can see trials where the end date has already passed :think:Debt at Highest: £11,630.10 (May 2006) Debt now: £0.00 !!!!Married to the man of my dreams :A - Sat 2nd June 20070 -

I would register for the more recent trials (probably ones over the last week or two) - they tend to send the trials out within a few days of them being available to register. To be honest the trials page is not brilliant - I still have trials on mine from May 2010 saying 'in progress'!!0 -
Hi lexuslass,
Thank you for your reply
I've taken your advice and applied for the most recent trials - fingers crossed I get one!Debt at Highest: £11,630.10 (May 2006) Debt now: £0.00 !!!!Married to the man of my dreams :A - Sat 2nd June 20070 -
I'm so excited. I sent of my application to be a boots tester last month and have already been accepted. I'm guessing I got accepted so quickly as I live in the east Midlands so can visit their evaluation suites too. Do these trials get placed on the website as well or is the site only for in house trials?"Who’s that tripping over my bridge?" roared the Troll.

I didnt think they were accepting new ppl as they havent been for years. Have a lot of ppl dropped out or will it mean less chance of regular testers getting picked? What Would Bill Buchanan Do?0

I know in October I got the forms then my login details as they were working through the list of people - they may still be, don't know.
I'd guess over time people stopped wanting to do it maybe, whether it'll be lower chance per person I'd not like to guess.0 -
Dry Shampoo just arrived .:jNever pay more than you have too0

I'm pretty sure that I was accepted so quickly because I live within travelling distance of the evaluation suite. I gave them a call yesterday after filling in my online profile and the woman I spoke to asked if I was interested in taking part in 2 studies at Beeston. I've got my first one next week :j"Who’s that tripping over my bridge?" roared the Troll.
