are you logging in regularly? it's always posted on here (as you probably know) as soon as something new is showing and normally stays there for a few hours at least ... has everything you entered into your profile actually saved into all the tabs under "my personal profile"? if it has, then I would (as someone else already mentioned) give them a ring... as it sounds like you are fully set up like the rest of us are - so maybe it's something their end.

It was exactly the same for me until I phoned them a few days ago to change my password. I mentioned my problem to the lady at Boots, and suddenly - as if by magic! - all the trials appeared, and it's been working fine since then. Good luck - hope you get it sorted out.

Have just received a letter apologising that they couldn't send me a lip balm trial as they didn't have enough supplies. Bit of a waste of paper and postage really!

I got the same letter . Its very strange why sometimes they send out the odd letter , when you think of all the dozens we apply for and don,t get .

I got the Brown soap in the post today as well .

I've had a few letters recently which is kinda wasteful of them . I just apply and wait and am happy not to hear. What i'd like is an update on the site to say what old trials were for.

Thanks, had a reply this afternoon, apparently it was a glitch at their end, so I had loads appear!

So hopefully now I'll actually get some

Foundation just arrived . Looks like Boots have run out of envelopes again as it came wrapped in Bubble wrap in plain white one.

Tiny sliver of soap arrived this morning . Have used it 5 times already so hopefully will get something better soon.Still hoping for the lip balms..
